  • Project: Behavioral Insights Cards

  • Organization: The Change Agency International

  • Role: Creator, Designer & Behavioral StrategistFocus: Human-centered design, behavioral science translation, capacity building

  • Format: Physical & facilitation tool (card deck)

  • Challenge: Organizations working on climate, conservation, and social impact often struggle to apply behavioral science and human-centered design in practical, day-to-day program design. Existing research is fragmented across disciplines and difficult for non-specialists to use.

  • Approach:

    • I designed a behavioral insights card deck that translates key concepts from behavioral economics, psychology, social marketing, and behavioral science into bite-sized, usable prompts for designers, practitioners, and decision-makers.

    • The cards were intentionally designed to:
      • Make complex behavioral concepts accessible
      • Support ideation, problem framing, and solution testing
      • Encourage people-centered thinking during workshops and strategy sessions
      • Be used flexibly in co-design, facilitation, and training contexts

  • Impact:

    • Used across climate, conservation, and development consultancies to improve program design

    • Enabled non-designers to confidently apply behavioral insights

    • Strengthened human-centered design capability within client organizations

    • Continues to serve as a core tool for strategy development, ideation, and prototyping
